BEHIND THE SCENES
Folks that we have worked with know that we are not the type of agents who think selling a house is only about putting it on MLS, putting out a sign and maybe trying a couple of open houses to hopefully (with fingers crossed) get it sold.
We thought it would be fun to do a series of videos that shows some of what goes on "Behind The Scenes" when we work with buyers or people selling their home. We hope you enjoy these videos, more will be added as we go.

With over 24 years of combined experience, we find that buyers and sellers often have the same questions when it comes to making offers in real estate and what exactly is found in an offer.
To help answer your questions we decided to put together this video series. Every few weeks we will add another video detailing the various parts of an offer. These videos are packed with information that will help you to understand the offer process.
